As the hip-hop community continues to mourn the recent death of Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke after he was shot and killed at his Los Angeles home last month. 50 Cent is stepping up to executive produce and finish the album that Pop Smoke was working on at the time of his death. In a series of posts on Instagram, Fif announced he would be taking on the executive role for the project, "I’m on the move listening to Pop smoke, I decided I’m gonna executive produce and finish his album for him," he started out.In later posts on social media, the hip-hop mogul reached out to some of the current heavy-weights in the game like Roddy Ricch and Drake. In a post 50 Cent said, "Tell @roddyricch i'm looking for him, i need him on Pop album," shortly after that, Roddy himself was seen in the comments responding to the request, "Sayless." with a handshake emoji.
