The shooting occurred on April 26, 2015, while Lil Wayne's tour bus was traveling on I-85 in Atlanta following a club appearance. No one was injured in the shooting, in fact, the bus was not even hit by any bullets. However, a judge later issued an arrest warrant for Jimmy Winfrey. He later faced charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.
