While Kevin Hart is recovering from his car accident, the woman, Montia Sabbag is reportedly suing the comedian for $60 million for "conspiring" with a friend, J.T. Jackson to record the now-infamous sex tape from 2017. Sabbag claims that Jackson set up the hidden camera in the Cosmopitlian Hotel suite.J.T. Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion four months ago, for trying to keep the comedian's sex tape under wraps. Hart himself denied any knowledge or involvement with the tape that leaked. He issued a public apology to his pregnant wife at the time, Eniko Hart, and his kids.
