Yesterday we reported that Cameron James Pettit was arrested after prosecutors claimed he sold Mac Miller the pills that led to his overdose. The rapper was found dead in his home almost a year ago now, on September 7, 2018. His death was ruled an accidental overdose of alcohol, cocaine, and fentanyl.Investigators have been on the case ever since the rapper's death, leading them to Pettit, who they claim is to be held responsible for providing Miller with the counterfeit pills, laced with fentanyl. In court documents, it's seen that a friend of the now arrested man asked him how he was doing shortly after Miller's death to which he responded, βI am not great...Most likely I will die in jail." Cameron James Pettit has officially been charged with a single count of distribution of a controlled substance.
