The US Coast Guard recently announced they caught a narco-submersible in the Pacific Ocean, stopping $69 million worth of cocaine from reaching its destination. It was reportedly a maritime patrol aircraft that flagged the narco-sub, which led to it being intercepted by the US Coast Guard on October 23.
Inside the sub was four smugglers, that didn't manage to sink the sub via its scuttling valves in time. A boarding team pulled up 5,000 pounds of cocaine from the vessel.
