A man recently arrested in Florida is using a rather interesting story, as to how a bag of cocaine ended up in his vehicle, discovered last month by authorities. Documents reveal Joseph, Zak of Port St. Lucie, was pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign at Canal Terr and North 23rd Street. An officer reportedly approached the man, seeing he was trying to hide an open container of alcohol.

The man's vehicle was searched, according to authorities a crack pipe was found and a bag with "white residue," which was tested positive for crack cocaine. Zak reportedly told the officer that "the wind must have placed the bag in the car."
